Elizabeth Munsterberg Koppitz Child Psychology Graduate Fellowships
Up to five fellowships of up to $28,000 will be made available for graduate students who are recognized as excellent scholars in the broad area of child psychology (e.g., developmental, child-clinical, pediatric, school psychology, educational psychology, and developmental psychology), and who are engaging in scholarly work that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and learning in child psychology. $25,000 of each fellowship will be allotted toward graduate work, while $3,000 will be used as a travel stipend toward attendance at foundation conferences. In addition, ten $4,000 travel stipends will be awarded. Eligible applicants must have achieved doctoral candidacy, though students can apply before having passed their qualifying exams.
Field of interest: child development, elementary education, prevention of child abuse, family services.
Supports initiatives that contribute to the enrichment and well-being of children and adolescents, including psychological research.
