Welcome to the Virtual Professional Development Center sponsored by the Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) of California State University, Northridge. • May 3-May 8:  Principals offer advice on successful interviewing and on assessing school culture.  Log on to WebCT to participate in a discussion with the two District B principals who spoke at the May 1st ITEP conference, Marilyn Parlen from Canterbury and Karen Jaye from Fernangeles. You can post your questions, then check back to see a response. You'll be able to read the questions/responses from all who log on throughout the week and can offer some advice based on your experiences.
