Credential Advisement
Advisement by email, walk-ins and phone are available to students admitted to the traditional Multiple Subject, Single Subject and Education Specialist Credential programs.
Newly admitted Traditional Multiple and Single Subject Credential students are encouraged to attend an Orientation Session for additional program information (dates and times).
For the fastest response email a credential evaluator for the status of any of the following:
- Admission (except Interns)
- Re-admission
- Student Teaching Application
- Program Changes
For the fastest response email a credential analyst for status on any of the following:
- Credential Request forms
- Program Status Letter
- Course Substitutions
- Intern Admission Status

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response to all email inquiries (expect a longer wait time during weekends and holiday breaks).

(typical wait is under 15 minutes but may be longer due to high demand)
