Join us every Tuesday from 01/27/2015 to 05/05/2015 for an hour of Yoga that is appropriate for all levels (including beginners). This class is a combination of stretching and strengthening hatha yoga poses and vinyasa flow used to help find balance in mind and body. Wear stretchy comfortable clothing and bring a mat!
