Less Dependent on State Funding

The ability to continuously offer engaging and relevant programming to those we serve, or to purchase goods and services when we need them; most often relies on having and keeping our “ducks in a row.”

In this session we’ll review the various purchasing options available to you, and look at the procurement matrix; as well as the hospitality expense policy and State Trust & Lottery funding.

Outcomes: Participants in this workshop will:

  1. Better understand the overall procurement process
  2. Have a better understanding of the policies that govern hospitality expenses
  3. Understand the competitive bid process and thresholds.
