This session is for MMP's only and requires that you attended Part I.  Drawing from federal and state disability case law, we'll explore the goals and challenges associated with engaging in the Interactive Process as an ongoing dialogue. This workshop includes real-life scenarios from court cases to aid you with more in-depth understanding of your role and responsibilities when responding to disability-related accommodation requests.
