Rapidly growing evidence identifies mindfulness as one of the most effective and efficient means for managing stress and increasing both psychological and physical wellbeing. In this workshop, participants will gain a basic understanding of mindfulness practices and learn specific mindfulness techniques for busy professionals that can reduce stress by committing as little as 2-5 minutes of mindfulness per day.
