Next Generation Collaboration for Breakthrough Impact

Wednesday, March 8, 2017 - 10:00am to 11:30am

Location:
Human Resources Training Room, Oviatt Library 16, Garden Level

Facilitated By:

Raji Rhys, Chief Diversity Officer
Kristina de la Vega, Associate Vice President, Human Resources

Description:

It’s a new higher education landscape, more culturally complex, interconnected, “flat,” and dynamic than ever before.  Yesterday’s models of collaboration won’t work.  What you need are radical collaboration skills.    These “next-gen” capabilities will enable you to structure your collaborations in unexpected ways that:

    • Spark higher levels of creativity;
    • Improve decision making; and
    • Maximize your performance and the performance of your colleagues.
    • You’ll leave with a personal action plan for collaboration that goes beyond the “usual suspects.”
