Learn about the Role of Supervisor/Manager Part I (Staff Only)

In the first two hour session participants will discuss the skills, attributes and abilities  needed to be an effective and successful manager of  people and process. We will examine why some people are successful  in this role while others, who seem to have the appropriate education and experience, struggle in  a leadership role. In addition, we will discuss the unique challenges of people who are promoted from a staff position to a leadership role in the same office or Division.
