Throughout their lives, men are encouraged to play by the "rules of masculinity." These rules about what is acceptable or expected of men often involve making choices that can compromise a healthy work/life balance.

Join our panel for a discussion on topics that impact men’s ability to achieve a successful balance of work and life.  This month's discussion catalyst topic is “Planning for the Future, Living in the Present.”
