Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning 06/02/2015 through 07/30/2015 for an hour of energy! This wellness program offered to CSUN students, staff, faculty and the community brings individuals of all fitness levels, toward a state of better overall wellness and quality of life through physical fitness.  The program addresses flexibility, balance, muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular function and will help with weight loss and maintenance through exercise and nutrition education!

You may join the program at any time, but participants must complete a Blood Pressure check and other paperwork prior to participation. Download, complete, and bring the following forms with you to your first session.
