Of all the in-demand, 21st century skills that are “must have,” an inclusive innovator’s [I2] DNA is arguably the most critical.  From how to enhance your individual creativity to putting together the “right mix,” of talent, and getting the “mix to work,” in your teams, this action-packed workshop will enhance your I2  superpowers.  Through practical, evidence-based, tips & tools you’ll learn how to convert differences into creative fuel, and inclusion into an innovation engine that produces novel solutions to your toughest problems.

You’ll leave the workshop empowered to:

  • Connect-the-pieces between divergent ideas in new ways that result in value-creating ideas
  • Put together diverse, high-performing teams
  • Engender and manage constructive conflict as a source for creativity
