American Sign Language Classes for
Families with DHH Children

Communicating with a Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing child in language that they can easily understand and use is essential for helping them reach their cognitive potential.

These classes are designed to provide families with the confidence and skills necessary to successfully communicate with their Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing child. It teaches the basics of American Sign Langauge in a friendly, conversational, and supportive atmosphere.

The goal of the classes are to help families understand the importance of accessible language and easy communication with their child, providing the building blocks for greater cognitive and academic growth.

All of our classes are family-friendly. If you bring your children, please be sure they are able to participate in class and that you are monitoring their behavior. You might want to also bring something for them to do during classtime.

Please contact us if you are interested in attending or would like more information.
