Anthropology Professor Presents at Provost's Research Fellows Colloquium
(NORTHRIDGE, Calif., December 16, 2009) -- Anthropology professor Suzanne Scheld presented research from her recent work at a field site in Dakar, Senegal where she has been studying urbanization since 1999. Scheld was able to track the latest and most important development in the city, which is mainly the emergence of a new Chinese trading community.
