Urban Studies Professor and Students Recognized By American Planning Association
(NORTHRIDGE, Calif. June 8, 2010) The Los Angeles Section of the California Chapter of the American Planning Association has recognized Professor Phyl Van Ammers and her students in URBS 490 in Fall and Spring AY 2008/09 with a Section Award. The award honors an excellent class project completed by students in these two classes for developing a plan for the Pinoleville Nation in northern California.
The LA Section of the APA will be holding its annual Awards Program on the evening of Wednesday, June 23rd at the historic El Portal Theatre in the North Hollywood Arts District.Date: Wednesday, June 23, 2010
