CSUN Model UN Students Win Awards

(NORTHRIDGE, Calif., April 2, 2012) -- The CSUN Model United Nations team participated in the annual Western Collegiate Model United Nations conference on March 29-31 in Santa Barbara this weekend. Three students won awards:

  • Steven Zavala won a Best Delegate Award representing Azerbaijan in the General Assembly.
  • Adam Lane won a Best Delegate Award representing The United States in the Security Council.
  • Mihret Sibhat won a Best Delegate Award representing The United States in the Human Rights Council.
