Why Study Pan African Studies?

Any major field of study to which a student chooses to devote most of her/his college or university time should prepare the student well for the demands of the 21st Century. The Pan-African Studies major at CSUN does that. It is a set of curricular options designed to train a new generation of leaders; to prepare students to gain admission to prestigious graduate and professional programs, to do well within them and to prepare majors to be marketable, adept and highly competent in the modern world.
