Field Trip to CSUN

Both the Bridging Differences/Building Community and Globalizing Culture/Making Connections 8 week programs culminate each semester with a field trip to California State University Northridge, which exposes high school students to the opportunities offered by higher education.  The goals of the field trip are:

To bring closure to our semester long work on issues of diversity, community, and connections.

bullet

To encourage high school students to set educational goals

bullet

To allow CSUN students the opportunity to host Grant students in their "educational home."
