How to convert video for Taskstream uploading

Objective: a video file of less than 50MB, in any computer video format (MOV, MP4, AVI, WMV, etc...) that can be played back on Macintosh or Windows computers; we recommend MOV or MP4.

How?

1. If you have a late model of camcorders that can record in MP4 format: NO conversion necessary; just check the file size, then upload to server.
2. If you have a Sony DVD 308 camcorder or similar model that use mini-DVD: the simplest way to convert is using a conversion software called ImTOO DVD to MP4 converter. Click here for procedure how to.
3. If you have a camcorder with mini-DV tape, such as Canon ZR series, use iMovie.
