The Journey to Success Plan
We recognize that students entering the University from high schools or community colleges have different needs than students who have acclimated to the college setting, as well as students who are entering their senior year and beginning to plan for life after graduation.
In order to accommodate those different needs, Center on Disabilities has developed an individualized learning plan called the Journey to Success. During your initial meeting with your counselor, you will be introduced to the Journey to Success Plan (below) which we hope you will find useful during your years at California State University, Northridge.
