Dog Runs

Harbor Tower Lobby Level: Through Retail Row, exit sliding doors, down stairs/ramp immediately to the left. Seaport Tower, 4th Floor Pool Deck: Outside elevator banks, immediately to the left. Out of consideration for others, please take responsibility for cleaning up after your dog.

Alternative Formats

The conference program is available in alternative formats (Braille, large print, and DAISY/HTML CD) upon advance request. You can get your copy at the Accessibility Services Counter located in the Conference Registration area or download from the conference website. Note: Speakers and Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own handouts and promotional materials in alternative formats.

Realtime Captioning Services

Realtime Captioning Services are available upon advance request. For realtime captioning of the conference sessions, please go to the Accessibility Services Counter located in the Conference Registration area.

On-site services requests will be based on availability.

Interpreters

Interpreting services are available upon advance request. Interpreters have already been scheduled for the Tuesday evening Keynote Address. Upon arrival at the conference, please check-in with an Accessibility Services Counter representative at the Conference Registration area to be sure interpreters are available for the sessions that you are planning to attend.

Assistive Listening Device

If you need an assistive listening device, please stop by the Accessibility Services Counter located in the Conference Registration area. You will be asked to leave identification to “Check-out” the device.
