Prior to registering please review the Registration Information and the content of this page. Also note that Discounts cannot be applied after completing registration. Please review the Discounts & Scholarship options and request any qualifying discount 72 hours prior to registering. Discount requests must be made prior to 5:00 PM (PDT) on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
The registration links on this page are only for Attendees and Pre-Conference Only Attendees. Speakers and Exhibitors should consult directions emailed to them to register.
No On-Site Registration
There will be no On-Site Registration, you must register online and no later than Thursday, March 15, 2018.
Credit card is the only accepted payment method. The following credit cards are accepted:
- Visa (Credit and Debit)
- Mastercard (Credit and Debit)
- American Express
- Diner's Club
If you will only be registering for Pre-Conference Workshops and not attending any General Sessions and special events, choose the Pre-Conference Only Attendee Registration and use the case-sensitive access code: PCO2018
Please note that "Pre-Conference Only" Registration Closes Thursday, March 15, 2018.
One-Day Attendee Conference Registration is no longer offered.
Cancellation of Speaker Registration
Speaker Registration Cancellation Request must be made in writing and received by Tuesday, December 19, 2017. A $75 processing fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds after Tuesday, December 19, 2017. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Cancellation of Attendee Registration
Attendee and Pre-Conference Only Attendee Registration Cancellation Request must be made in writing and received by Tuesday, February 13, 2018. A $60 processing fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds after Tuesday, February 13, 2018. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Administrative Processing Fee
Changes unrelated to initial registration and cancellation may be subject to a $30.00 Administrative Processing Fee. To mitigate the fee please make sure persons being registered are correct, the type of registration is correct (speaker, attendee, exhibitor, etc.) and that the payment method used is correct.
Registration opens on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 and concludes on Thursday, March 15, 2018. There will be no On-Site Registration, you must register online and no later than Thursday, March 15, 2018.
If you abandon the registration process and attempt to start again using the same access or discount code you may receive the following error:
No more "Your Code" codes are being accepted for this registrant type. Enter another code or leave the field blank.
In this case please allow 30 minutes to allow the abandoned session associated with the code to expire. After 30 minutes the code will be released for use again.
Adding Pre-Conference Workshops After Registration
If you wish to add a Pre-Conference Workshop after you have already registered, please follow these steps:
- Go to View or Change Your Existing Registration.
- Login in with e-mail and password you registered with.
- Select “Additional Options”
- Choose the session(s)
- Select Continue
- Select Continue on the new page
- Complete Payment Info
- Select Finish
