Abstract
Since its inception in 1990, CAP has provided over 140,000 accommodations, fulfilling its mission to ensure people with disabilities and wounded, ill, and injured
Services members have the assistive technology and accommodations they need to be part of today’s competitive workforce. This session will review agency policies for accommodating employees with disabilities who telework, highlight technology and reasonable accommodations, discuss accommodations for wounded, ill and injured Service members, and outline best practices of telework as a form of reasonable accommodation.
