Be Prepared!
Please come prepared to the California State University Northridge 2005 conference with the completed 2006 Rebooking Application and a 20% deposit to reserve exhibit space for 2006. Rebooking applications will be accepted at either the Hilton Los Angeles Airport or Los Angeles Airport Marriott Hotel during regular registration hours beginning at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 and continue through 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 19, 2005. Any exhibit space not held by a completed application and 20% deposit by 1 PM on Saturday, March 20, 2005 may be released for reassignment to other exhibitors. PLEASE NOTE: No exhibit space will be held without a deposit and an application form.
First Option
First option of exhibit space goes to the company who is occupied currently in that booth and has submitted a completed 2006 Rebooking Application Form with a 20% deposit by 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 19, 2005.
"First-Come, First-Served"
In fairness to all exhibitors, rebooking allocation is on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Each completed application is stamped with the date and time received. The earlier the completed application and 20% deposit are received by a staff member at the Speaker/Exhibitor Registration Desk, the better the chances for relocation, if desired.
Indicate Booth Preferences
If you would like to change the booth assignment for the coming year's conference, it is strongly recommended that the current exhibit space is reserved with the completed application and 20% deposit. On the application, be sure to indicate the exhibit choices in order of preference.
Please clearly state the exhibit space number(s) desired, avoiding general terms such as, "Near the front" or "A good space in the Hilton." There is no limit to your number of choices, but please indicate the choices in order of preference. Again, the sooner your application and 20% deposit is received, the better the chance is for relocation.
Final Notification
The Center on Disabilities will give final notification of each company's exhibit location on or before May 27, 2005.
Exhibit Hall Floor Plan
Exhibits will be held in the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel (International Ballroom and The Plaza Ballroom), and the Airport Marriott Hotel (Marquis Ballroom, Imperial Ballroom, and Hall of Cities). The booth layout of the exhibit halls is contingent upon the Fire Marshall's approval.
Exhibit Booth Contact
On the 2006 Rebooking Application Form, please indicate the name of the person who will be the main contact for exhibit fees, updates, service kits, and for any questions that may come up in the months preceding the conference.
Product and Service Description
Please provide a 50-word or less description of the company's product(s) and/or services and select the product and/or service category under which the company would like to be listed in the Conference Program.
Exhibit Company Link
The "Technology and Persons with Disabilities" Conference Program includes a list of all exhibitors on the home page of the Center on Disabilities. It's activated on the web site each January and remains posted until the following January one-year coverage free no charge! Please provide the company URL and it will be "hotlinked" between websites. There is no charge for this service.
