During the past year, we have introduced some significant new features and enhancements into JAWS for Windows. During this session, the presenter will discuss the latest features and demonstrate with real world examples, the latest techniques available in this new version of JAWS.
Dome of the features to be demonstrated include but are not limited to:
1. All new Braille Output including Braille Flash Messages and Auto Advance Feature.
2. New Utility which provides users definable layout choices in all Listviews (both speech and Braille Options).
3. All new Skim Reading mode for use in documents or even on the Web. Makes it fast and easy to move through material seeking specific material without the need to perform added navigational keystrokes.
4. The latest changes to the Quick Navigation Keys option first introduced in JAWS. We have taken it to a whole new level of control right at the users finger tips.
5. New improvements for Speech and Sounds Manager geared for trainers and users with a particular interest in formatting documents.
6. Lots of fixes and minor improvements will be discussed as time allows and as always, we will leave time for Questions and Answers from users.
I'm very excited about this new version and it should be introduced and shipping just prior to the show. I expect a great deal of interest as always.
