In this session, attendees will see a complete demonstration of the important new features in ZoomText 8.1 Magnifier/ScreenReader, including small power magnification levels (between 1x and 2x), Line zoom, access to PDF documents, and the powerful new 'EZ-Find' which makes locating text and topics in web pages and documents a snap. EZ-Find also makes it easy to open applications and documents on the Windows desktop and Control Panel. This session is recommended for users and industry professionals that evaluate, recommend, or teach assistive technology products.

• Brief overview of ZoomText 8.1 Magnifier/ScreenReader Demonstration of

• new 8.1 features:

• Small power magnification levels (between 1x and 2x)
• New Line zoom
• Support for reading and navigating PDF documents
• Support for reading Flash content on the Internet
• Support for Microsoft Office 2003
• EZ-Find for the Windows Desktop
• EZ-Find in Microsoft Internet Explorer
• EZ-Find in Microsoft Office

The training will conclude with a question and answer session and an opportunity for attendees to take trial versions of the product home with them.
