There should be no red on your DPR/Planner. All courses should be completed, marked as IP (In Progress) or marked as PC (Planned Course). If you need help in completing your DPR/Planner, please visit http://www.csun.edu/admissions-records/degree-progress-report-and-planner-guide.

The Application for Bachelor's Degree and Diploma is available on Admissions and Records forms website, http://www.csun.edu/sites/default/files/applba.pdf. (.pdf version)
  2. Change of Major or Minor: If you are changing/adding majors or minors, you will also need an updated Degree Progress Report/Planner. Students who have completed 90 or more units need to submit the paper Change of Major(.pdf) or Minor(.pdf) form.
