On-Campus Interviews (OCIs)

On-Campus Interviews are typically held three times per year; twice in fall and once during the spring semester. Employers set a schedule online and plan to visit the Career Center for their interviews on a particular day. Students and Alumni can search for these positions as they would a standard job posting, and schedule the interviews online.


OCI Models

There are four different OCI models available for employers to choose:

  • Open
    Any qualified student may schedule an interview
  • Preselect
    Any qualified student may apply; employers select interviewees
  • Preselect to Alternate (P-A)
    Employers select alternates as well as interviewees
  • Preselect to Alternate to Open (P-A-O)
    After alternates schedule their interviews, any open slots are open to all qualified students
