Since 1919, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra has sustained its presence as a world-class, globetrotting orchestra that has amassed an enviable reputation for excellence. This distinguished Canadian orchestra, led by Maestro Tovey, won a 2008 Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Soloist Performance (with Orchestra). The symphonys renowned skill and subtlety in interpreting the works of the great classical composers will be on full display in this exciting repertoire.
