Sue Herera, co-anchor of CNBC's Power Lunch
After receiving her Journalism degree from CSUN in 1980, Ms. Herera became one of the first women to break into the world of broadcast business news. She helped to launch the CNBC network in 1989. In more than two decades of covering Wall Street, Ms. Herera, nicknamed "The First Lady of Wall Street," has provided viewers with a seasoned perspective on major stories and issues moving the global markets and groundbreaking interviews with leaders in politics and corporate America.
Ms. Herera will speak about her experiences and participate in a Q&A with the audience. The event is free and open to the campus and community.
