- SSH problems. Cannot login to ssh.csun.edu to upload files to my webpage? You need to login to 'http://www.csun.edu/account' and make sure you have a checked box for UNIX Shell Access and U Drive.
- How do I check my print balance? Log into a COBAE Lab workstation, click on the 'Start Menu' and click on 'Check Print Balance'. Login using the same account and password and it will display your account balance. You can click on 'statement' to show your recent print history.
- I tried to print, but nothing comes out? More likely you are out of pages. Please check your print balance. See above instruction to check print balance. If your balance is in (#) then you are in negative balance and it will not print.
- I tried to login to a lab workstation and it says 'I am not authorized to login interactively'? This means that you are not enrolled in a COBAE course AND/OR you do not have access rights to that particular workstation. You must be enrolled in a course offered by COBAE in order to have login privileges in the lab. If you are enrolled, you need to provide us proof of enrollment so we can enable your account. Please note that you will get this message in the Group Lab JH-2131, you need permission to login to this lab always, please see a staff member.
- I have more than 1 business classes but only able to print 50 pages? We start everyone at 50 pages. You must be enrolled in 2 or more business courses to add pages
2 classes = we can add 50 more
3 classes = we can add 100 more... etc
You must show us your current class schedule online, visible from CSUN Web Portal.
- How do I access my campus Udrive?

- My account does not work in the Group Lab room JH-2131? You need to see a staff member or student assistant in JH-2129 each time you want to use the Group Lab. NOTE - The Group Lab is for group assignments, two or more students must be present to use a workstation.
- I am out of printing pages that is allocated to me, what do I do? Once you have used up all your pages you must go elsewhere to print. You may print in the Collaboratory Lab located in the 3rd floor Library or University Student Union.

- Where is lost and found? Lost and found is located in the Dean's Office Room JH-3105 ( we send valuables, keys, phones to the Dean's Office) For lost USB drives please check with our student assistants.
