$2.77 Million to Help Prepare Students for Successful Careers in Stem Cell Research

The California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) has granted $2.77 million for the “Stem Cell Scientist Training Program” exclusively for undergraduates to conduct stem cell research alongside top scientists in the country.   Dr. Cindy Malone, the coordinator for the program, is also a BUILD PODER mentor and liaison for the College of Math and Sciences.
