Biography
Ms. Flugge received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif. After graduating from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Warren J. Ferguson of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Thereafter, she entered private practice and spent more than 30 years as a litigator specializing in business disputes, including breach of contract, unfair competition and copyright infringement. She also provided general legal advice to clients engaged in a variety of business endeavors. Ms. Flugge formerly served on the panel of mediators for the Tulare County Superior Court.
