Evan Scheffel earned his undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida, a J.D. at Thomas Cooley Law School, an MBA at Nova Southeastern University and an LL.M. at Georgetown.  Prof. Scheffel is the Vice President of Pay Television at Twentieth Century Fox Television.  Formerly a full-time faculty member, Prof. Scheffel has broad experience in litigation, transactions, business affairs and teaching with a focus on intellectual property and entertainment law. He authored the McGraw-Hill (Mallor) Student Study Guide used in most sections of Business Law I and II.
