Nina Golden

Nina Golden graduated cum laude from Cornell University, received her MA in Deaf Studies from CSUN, graduating with distinction, and earned her J.D. at University of San Diego.  Prior to joining the business law faculty, Professor Golden practiced disability law.  Her publications include Adding Insult to Injury: Discriminatory Intent as a Prerequisite to Damages Under the ADA 52 Rutgers L. Rev. 1121 (1999) and Access this: Why institutions of higher education must provide access to the internet to students with disabilities 10 Vand. J. Ent. & Tech. L. 363 (2007).

Professor Golden currently teaches courses in business law, labor and employment law, and women and the law.
