ICSC Real Estate Scholarships

The scholarships provided by the ICSC Foundation give students the essential to become successful in the real estate industry through education, recognition and networking.

Schurgin Family Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship

Eligibility: U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled in an accredited university for the 2014 fall term; must demonstrate preference for a career in retail real estate

Benefits: $5,000 scholarship for tuition or related expenses; an all-expense paid trip to attend an award ceremony at RECon in Las Vegas; and a one-year ICSC student membership

Deadline: February 7, 2014

Schurgin Entrepreneurial Undergraduate Scholarship

Eligibility: U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled in an accredited university for the upcoming fall term; must demonstrate preference for a career in retail real estate and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Benefits: $5,000 scholarship for tuition or related expenses; an all-expense paid trip to attend an award ceremony at RECon in Las Vegas; and a one-year ICSC student membership

Deadline: February 7, 2014

For those students who are just about to graduate ICSC foundation has a professional development scholarship available.

John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship

Eligibility: ICSC members

Benefits:  All-expense paid trip to attend a JTR Global Professional Development School and an all-expense paid trip to attend an award ceremony at RECon in Las Vegas

Deadline: January 20, 2014
