William McTaggart earned his undergraduate degree at Northeaster and his J.D. at Loyola.  Prof. McTaggart is an attorney of many years' experience, most recently with Parker Milliken Clark O'Hara & Samuelian. An international banker prior to law school, he did postgraduate management studies at Columbia and NYU. Now a mediator, Prof. McTaggart is on panels with both state and federal courts.  He is a volunteer with various civic and veteran organizations.
