Donald Bleich Memorial Scholarship

This award is given to a Real Estate major or minor student who has demonstrated academic excellence, community engagement and an understanding of the importance of ethics in the field of real estate.

Amount of award: $1,000

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of at least one upper division real estate course (i.e. BLAW 412, BLAW 414, BLAW 416, BLAW 418, BLAW 481, FIN 338, FIN 433, FIN 439). 
• Two letters of recommendation from CSUN faculty.
• Information demonstrating the student’s engagement in the community
• One-page essay on the importance of ethics in real estate.
