Allan Cooper, B.A. UCLA, (Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude), J.D. UCLA, (Order of the Coif, Assoc. Ed. UCLA L. Rev.) is a partner at Ervin, Cohen & Jessup.  Prof. Cooper has a broad background in civil litigation and business matters.  He previously taught in USC's clinical program and has been a volunteer for various planning commissions, homeowners' associations and AYSO.
