Great teambuilding is a by-product of learning new skills together. Sponsored by Ernst & Young, the Business Honors teambuilding and leadership event improves the skills that enable effective teamwork including communication, leadership, commitment, trust, change-readiness, and shared vision.
This event is critical to the social development of all Business Honors students, allowing them to work together in solving unique and challenging problems. Students bring their diverse backgrounds and interests to this event, learning about each other as well as new methods of performing tasks and completing objectives. The teambuilding event is often the first Honors event in which students participate. It develops friendships between students that last throughout college and beyond.
