Accounts and Software

Instructional Software, Tools and Accounts are available by filling out the request form below.

To set-up a course in WebCT, use the WebCT Course Creation Form.

To request an Elluminate Session, use the Elluminate Session Request Form.

In addition, Information Technology provides access to a number of widely used campus software applications on the Software Download webpage. For information on discounts on purchasing software and hardware refer to the Faculty Software Purchasing webpage.

Request Form

This form is for CSUN instructors only, who may use it to request accounts or courses for various on-line teaching tools. Please complete all fields unless otherwise specified. Requests may take up to 2-3 business days to process. Any questions about this form or your application status or account policies may be directed to webteach@csun.edu.

All CSUN affiliates should activate their CSUN email account before completing this form.

PLEASE NOTE: CSUN operates WebCT as a courseware / learning management system. WebCT offers bulletin boards, discussion forums, online quizzes, online surveys, interactive chats, an image database, etc., etc.
