Introduction
The NRSR0226 - Exam Valdtn report is an Excel spreadsheet that departments run after exams are assigned to classes (Exam Scheduler) to resolve facility and instructor exam conflicts. Use the filter to sort columns in the spreadsheet to audit:
- canceled and tentative classes that should not have an exam
- verify instructor assignments and resolve conflicts
- view active classes missing an exam
- view classes with facility conflicts (meeting pattern room no longer matches the exam room)
- view catalog exam designations

Report Options
Selection Criteria ( * = required ):
- *Term and *Session
- Academic Org (college or department)
- Subject (optional)
- Catalog Nbr (optional)
Class Status:
- Select one or more of the following options: Active, Stopped, Tentative and/or Cancelled
Legend: Column Headings
- Exam = Exam Designation in the Catalog ( Y / N )
- ExCode = Exam Code ( syntax: R0800TTH [Exam Day = R] + [Class Meeting Start Time Range = 0800] + [Class Meets = TH] )
- ExDate = Exam Date
- ExStart = Exam Start Time
- ExEnd = Exam End Time
- ExFacility = Exam Facility
- FacCon = Facility Conflict (denoted with an asterisk "*") - displays when the meeting pattern room does not match the exam room
- Comb = Combined Section Class (denoted with a "C")
