Introduction
The NRSR0030 - APDB Audit Report produces a list of classes with errors within an academic group (college) or an academic organization (department). Errors such as missing information (e.g., meeting patterns not listed for a class) or wrong data (such as total load factor not equal to 100) need to be corrected for APDB (Academic Planning Database) purposes.
Report Options
Selection Criteria ( * = required ):
- *Term
- *Session
- Academic Org (college or department)
Class Status:
- Select one or more of the following options: Active, Stopped, Tentative and/or Cancelled
Census Data:
- To view actual enrollment data, uncheck the census box.
- To view recorded census data, check the census box AFTER the census date has passed.
