Your academic schedule is considered official and unalterable by the end of the third week of instruction. Changes to your schedule in the fourth week and beyond are permitted only in extraordinary circumstances.
If it becomes necessary to add a class, drop, or change the basis of grading during the fourth week—from September 14-18, 2015—you must use the "4th Week Change of Schedule Petition." Each schedule change requires the signatures of the instructor and department chair. The petition form is accepted during Week 4 only.
File the completed form in person with Admissions and Records, Student Services Center, Bayramian Hall Lobby (BH 100), no later than Friday, September 18, before close of business at 4:00 pm.
