Room Reservations
University staff, faculty and student groups recognized through the Matador Involvement Center that need to reserve "Open Lecture Rooms" or University Hall 211, 277 or The Whitsett Room should contact Room Reservations.
University Club
To rent the meeting facility at the Sierra Center or the Orange Grove Bistro contact the University Club.
University Student Union
Groups wanting to rent meeting rooms in the University Student Union or the Satellite Student Union will need to contact the University Student Union's Meeting Services.
Presentation Room
To check availability or to reserve the large presentation room in the Oviatt Library, Please go to "preroomreq" fill out and submit the request form.
Licensing
All groups outside of the University should contact Licensing for room availability
