Overview
The goal of this training is to guide individuals in the conversion of PowerPoint documents to accessible web formats at California State University, Northridge. This online guide will cover the following:
- Introduction to the basic accessibility features within PowerPoint
- Conversion of PowerPoint to HTML using LecShare
- Resource information for advanced features of LecShare
Pre-Requisites
To get the most out of this training, participants should be comfortable using PowerPoint to create presentations. PowerPoint 2007 Basics session is available through Information Technology.
Learning Objectives
After completing the training, individuals will be able to:
- Identify features for adding alternative text for graphics in PowerPoint
- Interpret the LecShare Accessibility Viewer
- Edit accessibility information using LecShare
