 The Faculty Senate recommends the following information appear on course syllabi. These fields are marked with a single asterisk *.

  • Assignments
  • Office Phone
  • Office Hours
  • Course Student Learning Objectives
  • Grading Criteria


In order for the generator to create a web page, the following fields are necessary and are marked with double asterisk**.
  • Instructor Name
  • Course Department Number
  • Semester and Year

 

If you have created a web page using the Syllabus Generator and wish to edit it, select the yes button and place the pre-existing syllabus URL into the text field. This will populate a form with your syllabus information for you to change.

Otherwise select No and simply fill out the form to generate your syllabus.
