This is a tutorial only. No log in is required.
Introduction
Your class schedule displays in the Student Center (SOLAR) in two ways:
- Weekly Schedule - By week for the courses currently in session
- View My Class Schedule - By term for past, present and future semesters
A variety of view options are available.
Step 1
Using Internet Explorer browser version 5.0 or higher, log into myNorthridge at www.csun.edu with your CSUN User ID and Password.
Step 2
The page myNorthridge displays. In the pagelet My Path to Graduation, click Student Center.
Step 3
The Student Center (SOLAR) displays.
Click Weekly Schedule to view your current schedule week by week
OR
Click View My Class Schedule to view your schedule in past, present and future terms.
Step 4
Click the Weekly Schedule link to view your schedule for the current term or session week by week.
Step 5
The My Class Schedule page displays. To change the table options:
- Change the date in the Show Week of box or click the calendar icon to look up dates
- Enter Start and End times
- Click the Previous Week or Next Week buttons
- Click the Display Options boxes you want
After selecting the display options, click the Refresh Calendar button to update the table.
Use the drop down menu and click the Go button to return to the Student Center.
Step 6
Click the View My Class Schedule link to view your schedule for past, present and future terms.
Step 7
Click the term you want to view.
Step 8
The View My Class Schedule page displays for the selected term, including:
- My Class Schedule table
- Class Note Details table
- Legend
Click the Include Drops button to view classes dropped for the term.
The My Class Schedule table includes links to:
- Course Details
- Locations on the campus map
The Class Note Details table explains the notes in My Class Schedule table.
The Legend explains:
- Abbreviations for Grading Options and Days
- How to print your schedule
Click Select a Different Term or use the drop down menu and Go button to return to the Student Center.
