Your enrollment appointment is the earliest date and time that you may register for classes for the upcoming term. Enrollment appointments are sent to eligible students in the Registration Access Mailer for the fall and spring semesters. Students self appoint a time to register in summer term.
Step 1
Using Internet Explorer browser version 5.0 or higher, log into myNorthridge at www.csun.edu with your CSUN User ID and Password.

Step 2
Your customizable myNorthridge page displays.
In the pagelet My Path to Graduation, select the Student Center (SOLAR) link.

Step 3
You are now in the Student Center.
The Enrollment Dates section (far right) shows the first day you can begin enrolling in classes for the upcoming term.
The Enrollment Appointments link (far left) and pages provide details for current, past and upcoming terms.
Click the Enrollment Appointments link to view the day and time of your appointment.

Step 4
The View Enrollment Appointment table displays your appointments for past, current and upcoming terms and semesters. For each term, the columns in the table list:
- Your academic career (undergraduate, graduate or extension)
- The earliest date and time you may begin to register in classes
- The end date and time of the Registration-by-Appointment Period
Click the desired semester link to view Unit Limits for the term, session, and appointment.

Step 5
The View Enrollment Appointment - Details page displays. The session displays, and your Registration-by-Appointment start and end dates and times are repeated.
Notes:
- Audit and Waitlist units are not used at CSUN.
- To enroll in additional units beyond the GPA limit shown here, you must complete the Extra Unit Authorization form.

Step 6
From here, you may:
- Click the Select a Different Term link to return to the previous page, or
- Return to the Student Center. From the drop down menu, select Student Center and click the GO
button.
