Diplomas When Will I Get My Diploma?
The diploma will be mailed to the address on record within four to six weeks after the degree is granted. To minimize the number of returned, lost, or unclaimed diplomas, submit address changes in writing to the Graduation Evaluation office as soon as possible. Address changes may also be faxed to the attention of your evaluator at (818) 677-3759.
- Diploma Posting. A diploma will reflect the majors(s), approved option(s), and university honors, if applicable.
- Minor. An awarded Minor is not posted on the diploma, only on the CSUN transcript. All requirements for a declared minor must be completed when the degree is conferred. Addiitonal information regarding completion of a minor is available upon request.
- Duplicate Diploma. A duplicate diploma is available upon written request and an $8 fee, per diploma. Please allow two to three weeks turnaround time for mailing or processing.
