The diploma will be mailed to the address on record within four to six weeks after the degree is granted.

To ensure receipt of your diploma, confirm and update your address online now at:

Log into myNorthridge and in the Quick Links box, select SOLAR Student Center > Personal Information section.

• Diploma Posting. A diploma will reflect the major(s), minor(s), approved option(s), and university honors, if applicable.
• Minor. An awarded Minor will be posted on both the diploma and the CSUN transcript. All requirements for a declared minor must be completed when the degree is conferred. Additional information regarding completion of a minor is available upon request.
• Duplicate Diploma. To request a duplicate copy of the diploma, submit the Duplicate Diploma Request Form and an $8 fee per diploma. Please allow two to three weeks turnaround time for mailing or processing.
